REAL DEAL RELLENOS (plus cheese!)
I used this recipe by Rachael Ray and it turned out delicious! My only suggestion would be to put the filled rellenos in a baking dish before pouring the amazingly delicious sauce over the filling. Then sprinkle with your favorite cheese (I used mozzarella, because what’s a Rachael Ray recipe without cheese?!) and put into oven preheated to 400ºF for about 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Best served with Spanish rice and refried black beans.
